Made in London

Honest, helpful software.

We build and look after software for companies in the UK and Europe. We work inside your team until your team can run it without us.

Founded by Divyesh Bine, whose previous company built BOOMI: AI that turns a plain-English description of a home into an editable floor plan.

A painting of rolling fields early in the morning: a small timber workshop with a lamp on, a vegetable garden, one tall tree and a path, with the YetAnotherSoftwareCompany face as the sun.

What we do

Three ways we help companies.

Every project starts with a free call and gets a written plan with a fixed price before any work begins.

01

Build a new tool

When it fits
Your team runs part of the business on spreadsheets, email and copying and pasting.
What you get
Software your team uses every day, handed over with documentation.
Price
Fixed, quoted after a free call.

02

Take over and fix software

When it fits
You rely on software that is slow, fragile or was left behind by its last developer.
What you get
A written review of what is wrong, the urgent fixes first, then code your team can work on.
Price
Fixed, quoted after a free call.

03

Add AI where it helps

When it fits
You want to know where AI would save your team time, and where it would only add risk.
What you get
A working feature, tested against how the job is done today. Or a written answer that it is not worth it yet.
Price
Fixed, quoted after a free call.

Not sure which one fits? Tell us the problem and we will tell you whether we can help.

Our work

BOOMI: a floor plan from a plain-English description.

Built at KAKI, Divyesh’s previous company. Describe a home in everyday words and BOOMI returns a dimensioned floor plan you can open and edit in most CAD software.

  1. The problem

The first draft of a floor plan is slow, skilled work. BOOMI drafts one from a description, and knows Indian homes, with rooms such as a pooja room and a utility area.

  2. What KAKI built

A language model that writes the list of rooms, and ordinary code that does the measuring, so the geometry is checked rather than guessed.

  3. Where it is now

The floor-plan models and the public part of their training data are open on Hugging Face, under the Apache 2.0 licence.

Who you will work with

Divyesh Bine, founder.

You work with me directly, from the first call to the handover. I studied computer science at Osmania University, worked as an engineer in Hyderabad and Dubai, and now build from London.

From November 2024 to November 2025 I ran KAKI, which built AI models for specific problems. Its main project was BOOMI.

YetAnotherSoftwareCompany is KAKI with a wider brief: software for companies, built inside their teams and looked after properly once it is live.

How we work

From first call to handover, in four steps.

  1. A free 20-minute call

You tell us the problem. We tell you honestly whether we can help.

  2. A written plan and a fixed price

What we will build, how long it will take and what it will cost, in writing. Nothing starts until you agree.

  3. We build it with your team

We build it alongside the people who will use it, and you see working software every week.

  4. Handover, then care

You get the code, the documentation and a handover session. Support carries on afterwards if you want it.

The first step costs nothing and takes twenty minutes.

Our promises

What you can hold us to.

  1. A workbench under a window, tools on the wall and a spirit level on the bench.

    Built to last

Every project comes with tests and written instructions, so your team can run it after handover.

  2. A clear glass of water on a table by a window.

    Told early

If something is not working, you hear it from us first, with what we are doing about it.

  3. An allotment with seedling rows, a watering can and a shed.

    Looked after

Fixes, updates and support stay available once the software is live, if you want them.

  4. A London canal at dawn with a narrowboat and a brick bridge.

    Only what needs changing

We leave alone what already works, and move at a pace your team can keep up with.

  5. A sturdy bicycle against a garden wall.

    AI only where it helps

If a feature does not help the person using it, we do not build it.

  6. A quiet London terraced street, early morning.

    Yours to keep

You own what we build for you, all of it.

We are also making software for people.

Small, useful tools for everyday problems. Nothing is out yet. Write to us and we will tell you when the first one is ready.
