Our work

Case studies, starting with BOOMI.

The first ones come from KAKI, Divyesh Bine’s previous company. Each says who built it, when, and what it does not do. Projects for clients appear here only with the client’s permission.

Case study · KAKI, 2024 to 2025

BOOMI: AI that checks blueprints and draws them from a prompt.

One of the first AI models to turn a plain-English prompt into a CAD drawing. Built at KAKI, Divyesh’s previous company, starting in 2024.

  1. The problem

Checking a building plan against the rules, and drawing the first version of a new one, are slow, skilled jobs. BOOMI did both automatically.

  2. What KAKI built

A language model that reads the request, and ordinary code that does the measuring, so every wall follows exact rules rather than guesses.

  3. Where it is now

The floor-plan models and the public part of their training data are open on Hugging Face, under the Apache 2.0 licence.

Also at KAKI

A motion-capture suit, to collect training data for robots.

KAKI designed a wearable suit that records how people move during everyday tasks. Like BOOMI, it was for a problem where good data did not exist yet, so the first job was to collect it.
